WE didn't pay nearly enough attention to helium legislation. Serious. We have complained about the way Congress on everything except holidays plans failed. So it seems only fair to pay tribute to the Helium responsible Administration and Stewardship Act. The way things are going, it would be the most important piece of legislation into law this year. DOHA Saturday downpour can visit us again in the next few days, the met Office said. The forecast is for cloudy skies with rain in many parts of Qatar on these days.
