Hassad food buy in Indian company

DOHA A Taliban Office in Doha could "facilitate" talks with the militants, said Afghan President Hamid Karzai in an interview with Qatar-based Al-Jazeera television broadcast on Wednesday. Karzai said he was excited about working with the Taliban to help bring about peace in Afghanistan, before NATO combat operations there next year ends. "We never planned to eliminate the Taliban. Not me, not the people of Afghanistan, not the Afghan Government, "Karzai told Al-Jazeera.

"The moment I was declared the head of the interim Government ... I indicated full amnesty to Taliban ... from the lead for everyone else, "he said. "And the plan was to bring and integrate them into Afghan society as all other Afghans," he added, referring to Islamic extremists as "brethren." (AFP)
